To find out how much webspace and bandwidth you are using on your package, login to your control panel here.
Once you have logged in, select the domain name on the left under Hosting, click on the WEB tab and scroll down until you see Disk Usage.
At the bottom of the page, you will find your disk usage (how much webspace you are using) and the amount of bandwidth you have used (how much traffic has gone to your website).
